Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a session. Please text Catherine or email [email protected] as soon as possible, please copy [email protected]. Zoom, or telephone sessions can be arranged as an alternative to cancelling a session.

Full fee is payable if less than two full working days (72 hours) notice is given (Monday – Friday, not including the weekends and bank holidays), whatever the reason.

Please note that your private healthcare provider may not cover you for cancellation charges, in such cases, the client will be responsible for the cancellation payment. It is the client’s responsibility to find out if their policy covers cancellations. Please inform Dr Sykes’ accounts Assistant ([email protected]) if you are responsible for your own cancellation fee.

I know that for some people it feels difficult to pay cancellation fees. I’m happy to help you understand this. If you really don’t want to accept the cancellation policy, then it may be better to seek alternative services.

Please understand that my cancellation terms have been developed after years of experience and understanding of what is required to operate and maintain a private practice in a Central London location with very busy professionals.

If you question the cancellation policy, this will signal to me that you’ve not understood the policy fully and may result in no further sessions being offered.
